From her PhD, the United Peoples Ecosystem was born, which takes on cases that apply a new form of cross-cultural diplomacy that is taught in universities today. In addition, she is an author and an international speaker.
Dr. Christiana specialises in global to local systems’ changes. She is known for her keen strategic approaches that apply synergies for objectives, uncovering the essential core of the problem, strong diplomacy skills, acute ability to see clarity in chaos, holistic perspectives, and approaching projects and people with strong values.
Her intuitive strategic approaches together with enlightened ideas include practical implementation processes for today’s reality, which moves into new systems. Her work focuses on areas that propel systems and processes into a more caring, loving, forgiving, and understanding world.
Dorothea is passionate about opening the potential of organisations and people to support them to contribute towards making the world a better place. She is a lover of hot chocolate, kindness, new experiences, and beautiful virtues especially loving acts.
